as a long time 9-5 clock puncher, I have dreams of getting back to a basic life. I would love nothing more than to be completely self sufficient.. you know. Like live completely off grid.. I’m sure that’ll never happen but a girl can have goals.
Don’t you think being home could be easy? I just want my sourdough starter and my back yard chickens and call me cozy. Working in the kitchen and cooking from scratch, working in the garden pulling in herbs and making medicine for your family, There really is a peace in raising a family and watching life grow into something you are proud of.
